Job summary

Halian Group seeks an experienced SharePoint Online Developer (Power Platform & Administration) to join its technology team in Dubai. You will design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions while ensuring governance, security, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment.

This role blends development, administration, and automation to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong hands-on development and administration experience with SharePoint Online.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SharePoint Online sites, including Team and Communication sites.
• Customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
• Build custom web parts and extensions to support business requirements.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
• Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and responsive layouts.
• Connect apps to SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources.
• Design and implement automated Power Automate workflows and business processes.
• Manage SharePoint Online administration, permissions, governance, and access controls.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions while ensuring governance, security, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment.

Your Responsibilities:

SharePoint Online Development

• Design and develop SharePoint Online sites, including Team Sites and Communication Sites.
• Customize SharePoint solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Create and manage SharePoint lists, libraries, content types, and metadata.
• Build custom web parts and extensions to support business requirements.
• Integrate SharePoint Online with Microsoft 365 applications and services.

Power Apps Development

• Develop and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven applications.
• Design intuitive user interfaces and responsive application layouts.
• Connect applications to SharePoint, Dataverse, and external data sources.
• Implement business logic using Power Fx.
• Optimize application performance, usability, and adoption.

Power Automate & Administration

• Design and implement automated workflows and business process automations.
• Automate approvals, notifications, and data synchronization processes.
• Integrate solutions with SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and third-party platforms.
• Manage SharePoint Online administration, permissions, governance, and access controls.
• Monitor storage, licensing, usage, and platform performance.
• Troubleshoot issues across SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.
• Deliver ongoing enhancements, maintenance, and continuous improvements.

Your Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development and administration.
• Proven expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong knowledge of SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
• Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience delivering scalable business solutions within enterprise environments.
