Job summary

Halian Group seeks an experienced SharePoint Online Developer (Power Platform & Administration) in Dubai to design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. You will ensure governance, security, and performance across the Microsoft 365 environment while collaborating with business units.

The role covers development, administration, and automation, with emphasis on delivering scalable enterprise solutions within a dynamic organization.

Qualifications

6-8 years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Hands-on development and administration of SharePoint Online.
Proven expertise with Power Apps and Power Automate.
Strong SPFx development knowledge.
Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
Understanding REST APIs and Microsoft Graph API integrations.
Familiarity with Dataverse and Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint Online sites and components.
Build and customize SPFx web parts and extensions.
Create and manage lists, libraries, and metadata, integrate with 365 apps.
Develop Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps and optimize UX.
Design automated workflows with Power Automate and administer SharePoint Online.
Ensure governance, security, licensing, and performance across environment.
Collaborate with business units and manage stakeholder expectations.
