AECOM is seeking a seasoned Civil Engineer (QA/QC) to oversee sewerage infrastructure construction in Al Ain. The role requires inspection of pipelines, manholes, and associated structures, with strong focus on QA/QC, safety, and regulatory compliance.

On-site collaboration with ARE/RE, contractor teams, and QA/QC staff is essential. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years in infrastructure projects, UAE/GCC experience, and familiarity with TAQA WS standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering or related discipline.
• 7+ years in infrastructure projects with sewerage experience.
• Experience in sewer pipelines, manholes, chambers, testing and commissioning.
• UAE/GCC experience and familiarity with TAQA Water Solutions standards are preferred.
• Good understanding of QA/QC procedures, inspection processes, and HSE requirements.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Inspect gravity sewer pipelines, manholes, chambers and related structures.
• Monitor excavation, shoring, dewatering, trench prep, bedding, pipe laying and backfilling.
• Verify compliance with IFC drawings, shop drawings, project specs, method statements, and ITPs.
• Coordinate with QA/QC, Surveyor, ARE/RE and other inspectors for project execution.
• Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain site records.
