Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Managing Consultant, Services Business Development to drive end-to-end sales across data products and analytic services in the UAE and Oman. You will own accounts, refine value propositions, and lead engagements with senior client stakeholders.

The role requires a strong commercial drive, experience in consulting sales, and the ability to own the sales process from prospecting through contracts. MBA or equivalent is preferred; bachelor’s is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in consulting sales across data products, software platforms, and/or other analytic services.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum. Masters or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end sales for Mastercard Services within UAE & Oman with direct revenue and account ownership.
• Refine the value proposition of Services capabilities to meet client needs.
• Represent Mastercard Services to senior client stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams across Services lines.
• Support and own the sales process from prospecting to signed contracts.
• Collaborate with team members and partner with the Mastercard Account team.
• Work with Client Services for joint go-to-market and value delivery.
