Job summary

Ajax Systems, a leading security solutions provider, seeks a senior Business Development professional in Dubai to drive growth across the UAE market. You will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage key accounts while coordinating with product and operations teams to deliver customer value.

The role requires a proven track record in end-to-end sales, excellent communication, and strong knowledge of security technologies such as access control and video surveillance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Business and Sales Management in the electronic security industry.
• Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection.
• Proven track record in the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing.
• Developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage executives.
• Strong analytical skills to study market trends and customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cloud-based solutions, IoT, and AI-based analytics.
• Conversational English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Achievement of Sales Targets: consistently meet or exceed sales KPIs quarterly and annually.
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan in the UAE.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new partners across the region.
• Pursue new business opportunities aligned with growth strategy.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products and services.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
