Job summary

Ajax Systems is an international tech company and a leading security manufacturer, seeking a senior Sales/Business Development professional in the UAE. The role focuses on expanding partnerships, driving revenue, and delivering end-to-end security solutions across homes and businesses.

You will engage with executives, develop strategic plans, and negotiate major contracts, leveraging deep knowledge of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and IoT trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience in Business and Sales Management in the electronic security industry.
• Sales experience in the UAE region, operating from Dubai.
• Strong technical knowledge of electronic security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection.
• Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle from opportunity to closing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage C-level partners.
• Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
• Conversational English and Arabic required.
• Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and onboard new partners across the UAE region to ensure market coverage.
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders at executive levels.
• Analyze market data, track KPIs and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
