Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 8-12+ years IT/software delivery experience with at least 5 years as a Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and proven scaling experience.
• Proven ability to improve team velocity, predictability, and delivery performance.
• Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and improve prioritization.
• Remove impediments quickly, escalating when needed to keep delivery on track.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team.
• Track and report agile metrics (velocity, predictability, quality) to drive improvements.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices.
• Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable follow-ups.
• (Preferred) Support GenAI / AI/ML project teams by aligning sprint planning with data readiness, model training, or infrastructure bottlenecks.
