Job summary

Zoho in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives in a fast-paced airline environment. You will partner with product managers, engineering, QA and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years IT experience, 5+ years as Scrum Master, strong ownership, execution, and reporting skills, and proficiency with Jira/Confluence. Onsite work 5 days/week; relocation may be required.

Qualifications

8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
Excellent ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Preferred: Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide executive-level status reporting.
Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining delivery focus.
Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.
