Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 8-12+ years of IT delivery experience to lead agile teams in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on coaching, facilitation, and enabling cross-functional delivery of technology solutions with emphasis on agile excellence and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have strong Scrum/SAFe experience, excellent facilitation skills, and are capable of removing impediments while driving backlog health and predictability.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years in IT/software delivery with 5+ years as Scrum Master.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe with scaling experience.
• Proven track record of improving velocity and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to agile principles.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and improve prioritization.
• Remove impediments quickly and escalate when needed to keep delivery on track.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team.
• Track and report agile metrics to drive improvements.
• Coach team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices.
• Encourage continuous improvement through retrospectives and follow-ups.
• Support GenAI/AI/ML projects by aligning sprint planning with data and infra needs.
