Job summary

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with 8-12+ years of experience in leading agile teams and driving high-performance delivery. The role is focused on coaching, facilitating, and enabling cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technology solutions. While GenAI/AI project exposure is a plus, the primary responsibility is to ensure agile excellence, continuous improvement, and team success. Arabic speaking skill is a plus point.

• Demonstrated ability to improve team velocity, predictability, and overall delivery performance.
• Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Hands‑on with agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• (Preferred) Exposure to GenAI / AI/ML projects and understanding of unique delivery challenges.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (required)
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or Technology (preferred).
• Mandatory Certifications:
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or PSM II/III
  • At least one Agile/Scaled Agile certification (e.g. SAFe, PMI-ACP, ICAgile)
