Job summary

You will partner with Product Owners, remove impediments, and scale agile practices across teams. Arabic skills are a plus, with certifications like CSM/PSM II/III and SAFe/PMI-ACP valued.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years IT/software delivery with at least 5 years as Scrum Master.
• Experience scaling Agile (SAFe/ Scrum / Kanban).
• GenAI/AI/ML project exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure agile principles are followed.
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain the backlog and improve prioritization.
• Remove impediments quickly and escalate when needed to keep delivery on track.
• Coach teams in agile mindset and practices to improve velocity and predictability.
• Track agile metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Support GenAI/AI/ML projects by aligning sprints with data readiness and infra needs.
