Job summary
NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead agile teams in Abu Dhabi, focusing on agile excellence and high-performance delivery. The role emphasizes coaching, facilitation, and removing impediments to ensure successful technology outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- 8-12+ years IT/software delivery with at least 5 years as Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; scaling experience.
- Demonstrated ability to improve velocity, predictability, delivery performance.
- Excellent facilitation, servant leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Hands-on with agile tools: JIRA, Azure DevOps, Rally or similar.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- (Preferred) GenAI/AI/ML project exposure.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog and improve prioritization.
- Remove impediments quickly to keep delivery on track.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and transparency within the team.
- Track and report agile metrics to drive improvements.
- Coach team members and stakeholders in agile mindset and practices.
- (Preferred) Align sprint planning with GenAI/AI/ML project challenges.
