Job summary

Halian in United Arab Emirates seeks a skilled Scrum Master to lead agile teams through digital transformation initiatives in the financial services sector. You will facilitate ceremonies, coach teams, and drive customer-focused delivery across cross-functional groups.

You will work with product owners, remove impediments, maintain sprint boards in Jira, and ensure realistic plans and timely deliveries on large programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team in Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
• Within large projects, defines and maintains realistic project plans, supervises progress against agreed quality and performance criteria and ensures programs of work are correctly allocated and resourced.
• Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
