DICETEK LLC in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an experienced Scrum Master in the banking domain to lead Agile delivery teams on digital, regulatory, and business transformation initiatives. This is a full-time on-site role that requires facilitating ceremonies, coaching teams, and collaborating with business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technology teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in CS, Business, or Finance, 5+ years in Scrum Master roles within banking, and hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS, business, or finance.
5+ years as a Scrum Master in banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SDLC.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools.
CSM/PSM/SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
Remove blockers and manage dependencies to keep sprints on track.
Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine backlogs.
Track velocity and delivery metrics and communicate status to management.
Coordinate with business, technology, risk, compliance, and operations teams.
