Job Overview

An organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to support technology delivery within the banking domain. Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Core Banking, Integration, Middleware, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Testing teams.
• Experience with SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
• Good understanding of Oracle FLEXCUBE or similar Core Banking platforms.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud technologies.
• Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical teams and dependencies.
• CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is preferred.
