Job summary

Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing in Dubai is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to drive Agile delivery teams in a financial services environment. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach development teams, remove impediments, and support the Product Owner to ensure effective Agile practices across projects.

Qualifications

Experience as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead.
Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
Strong understanding of SDLC and modern software development practices.
Experience with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Proficient with Jira and Confluence.
Ability to identify and remove impediments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead Scrum ceremonies and agile practices across projects.
Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
Coach teams to improve Agile maturity and self-organization.
Backlog management, prioritization, and refinement with the Product Owner.
Identify, track, and remove impediments to delivery.
Maintain accurate Jira boards and project tracking.
Collaborate with IT, business, marketing, and other stakeholders.
