Job summary
Dicetek LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Scrum Master to lead agile delivery across complex banking technology programs. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure value delivery in a multi-vendor, multi-region setup.

Qualifications
- 8-10 years of technology delivery experience with substantial Scrum Master background.
- Proven experience supporting Agile delivery for large-scale banking/financial technology initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, scaled Agile delivery, and hybrid governance models.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Coach Product Owners, delivery teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles and Agile ways of working.
- Identify, track, and remove delivery impediments, escalating blockers and cross-team dependencies.
- Partner with Product Owner to support backlog readiness, prioritization, acceptance criteria and sprint goals.
- Promote team accountability, self-organization, sustainable delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor delivery health through Agile metrics such as sprint progress, velocity trends, predictability and cycle time.
- Coordinate dependencies across internal tech teams, vendors, infrastructure, security, operations, testing and release management.
- Support release planning, environment readiness, production deployment coordination and post-release reviews.
- Ensure Agile practices align with governance, risk, compliance and regulatory controls.
- Facilitate resolution of conflicts and improve stakeholder communication around risks and delivery forecasts.
- Contribute to Agile maturity by sharing best practices and facilitating communities of practice.
