Job summary

D4 Insight in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery across integration, core banking, cloud, and infrastructure teams. You will lead ceremonies, support the Product Owner, remove impediments, and track velocity and milestones to ensure delivery excellence.

You should have a proven record in banking transformations, strong facilitation and stakeholder management, and Scrum Master certification.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology project delivery, Agile programs, or digital transformation.
• 4+ years as a Scrum Master leading Agile squads.
• Experience in banking, core banking transformation, integration, middleware, or digital platforms.
• Good understanding of Core Banking platforms, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Scrum Master certification such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Support the Product Owner with backlog management, prioritization, and delivery planning.
• Remove impediments and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate across integration, core banking, cloud, infrastructure, security, testing, and vendor teams.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, milestones, and Agile metrics.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support release planning, SIT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
• Prepare delivery status updates for programme leadership and governance forums.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

Role Overview
