Job summary

Target Engineering Construction Co LLC is seeking a seasoned Scaffolding Foreman to lead on UAE EPC Oil & Gas projects, ensuring safe erection, inspection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolds and temporary structures. You will supervise scaffolders and subcontractors, enforce HSE standards, and coordinate with engineers and safety personnel to meet project goals.

The role demands 8-10 years in scaffolding supervision, a technical diploma, and proven leadership in demanding schedules.

Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in scaffolding supervision on large-scale projects.
Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, safety procedures, and QA/QC practices.
Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings, load calculations, and layouts.
Experience enforcing HSE policies and risk assessments on site.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling.
Lead scaffolders, helpers, riggers, and subcontractors; manage manpower and toolbox talks.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, BS EN 12811, project specs, and QA/QC requirements.
Maintain records, reporting, and as-built scaffold documentation; monitor progress.
