Qualifications

• Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 12+ years of scaffolding experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in Oil & Gas shutdowns, maintenance, and industrial construction projects.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all scaffolding operations across multiple projects.
• Ensure compliance with international safety standards (OSHA, BS EN).
• Mentor and develop scaffolding teams ensuring competency and discipline.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams and provide progress updates.
• Maintain HSE compliance and safe execution of scaffolding activities.
