Job summary

Archirodon Group N.V is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Foreman (Supervisor) for a pivotal role in Abu Dhabi. You will supervise and coordinate scaffolding activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards while managing a team of scaffolding crews.

The ideal candidate has at least 5-7 years of experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects, with a valid Scaffolding Supervisor Certification and strong knowledge of scaffolding systems. A competitive salary and benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of scaffolding experience, 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Tube & Fitting and System Scaffolds.
• Ability to read scaffolding drawings and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding erections, modifications, and dismantling on site.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Report daily activities and resource requirements to management.
