Job summary

Salesforce in the United Arab Emirates seeks a seasoned Solution Architect to design and configure Salesforce-based solutions for complex customer environments. You’ll understand business requirements, map processes, and create prototypes and user stories for agile delivery.

The role requires 10+ years CRM experience, strong design and documentation skills, and the ability to lead multi-stakeholder discussions across IT and business teams. An international mindset is a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years CRM experience with ability to translate business requirements into effective designs.
• Strong design skills and ability to optimize user flows and visuals.
• Excellent written and visual communication, documenting requirements with text/diagrams/videos.
• Self-directed with ability to break down complex processes and drive progress.
• Expertise in process modeling tools and standard methodologies.
• Deep knowledge of key processes in industry-specific solutions.
• Proficient with project management tools and methodologies.
• Data modeling capabilities and systems analysis and design.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business process redesign, roadmap planning, and multi-cloud touchpoints.
• Understand current business processes in detail and map them to Salesforce elements.
• Engage with IT and business partners to gather requirements and design solutions.
• Develop prototypes, proofs of concepts, and mockups for eliciting requirements.
• Create and own user stories and requirements, feeding agile sprints.
• Support UAT and Go-Live with test planning, scripts, and status reporting.
• Analyze data requirements and integration points to Salesforce or REST endpoints.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Document workflows with flow charts, descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
• Maintain target billable utilization aligned to the role.
