Robusta in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud Developer for a client project. You will design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, translating business needs into scalable, enterprise‑grade implementations.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proven enterprise-grade Salesforce implementations.
Strong Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience.
Experience with integrations and APIs.
Relevant Salesforce certifications required.
Ability to work in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Develop and customize Salesforce apps using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and APIs.
Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations with external systems.
Participate in full lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, and support.
Troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders, clients, architects, and technical teams.
Follow best practices, security, and governance for Salesforce development.
Produce technical docs and transfer knowledge as needed.
Demonstrate hands-on Salesforce development and enterprise-grade delivery.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications.
Understand Salesforce architecture, data model, and deployment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Client-facing in a consulting environment.
