Job summary

Horizontal Digital in Dubai leads complex Salesforce transformations across global enterprises. The Senior Program Manager will oversee multiple Salesforce programs, mentor PMs, and work with architects and stakeholders to ensure measurable business value and strong commercial performance.

Responsibilities include program governance, risk management, and revenue realization, with a focus on delivering tangible client outcomes and long-term account growth within the EMEA region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Salesforce consulting delivery experience in a SI/consulting environment managing enterprise digital transformation programs.
• Proven experience leading multi-project Salesforce programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery models and enterprise program governance.
• Demonstrated experience managing program financials, forecasts, and commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients and projects in the EMEA region.
• Mentor Salesforce Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Ensure delivery excellence with governance, risk, and quality assurance.
• Provide revenue forecasts and maintain delivery health insights to leadership.
