Job summary

Horizontal Digital is a Dubai-based digital consultancy focused on delivering high-quality digital transformations for ambitious clients. We lead full lifecycle projects using agile methodologies and value strong client partnerships, robust planning, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of client-facing digital project management, agency experience, and familiarity with Sitecore or Salesforce.

Qualifications

5+ years client-facing digital project management experience with agile.
2+ years agency/consultancy; 5 years preferred.
2+ years managing large-scale website projects across discovery, UX, design, development, QA and deployments.
Prior exposure to Sitecore and Salesforce.
Experience with Jira/Confluence preferred.
Ability to earn SCRUM certification within 90 days.
Arabic language is useful but not essential.

Responsibilities

Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
Define project objectives, scope, timeline and level of effort.
Develop project strategies and plans and identify methods and tools.
Keep projects on track and on budget while resolving client issues.
Monitor progress and budget against plan.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
Manage scope by coordinating changes from original specs.
Ensure quality through planning, execution, QA and QC.
