Job summary

Kwality Plastics Ind LLC seeks an accomplished sales leader to drive revenue in the flexible packaging sector. You will build relationships with converters, brand owners, and distributors, promoting PE films, laminated rolls, printed films, pouches, and bags.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Packaging Technology, or related field.
• 8–15 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing, lamination, pouch making, and converting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to hit revenue targets.
• Generate new business and expand existing customer accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Packaging Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 8-15 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of flexible packaging materials, printing, lamination, pouch making, and converting processes.
• Existing network of customers in the GCC, Middle East, Africa, or Indian subcontinent is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with strong business development abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving licence is preferred.
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage (Preferred).
