Job summary

Kwality Plastics Ind LLC seeks an accomplished sales leader to drive revenue in the flexible packaging sector. You will build relationships with converters, brand owners, and distributors, promoting PE films, laminated rolls, printed films, pouches, and bags.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Packaging Technology, or related field.
8–15 years of sales experience in the flexible packaging industry.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, printing, lamination, pouch making, and converting processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to hit revenue targets.
Generate new business and expand existing customer accounts.
Build relationships with converters, brand owners, distributors, and decision-makers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
Coordinate with production planning, quality, and logistics for timely delivery.
Lead customer visits, technical discussions, and product presentations.
Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
Prepare monthly sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
Achieve individual and team sales KPIs.
