Job summary

Al-Futtaim, through its FAMCO Commercial Vehicles division in the UAE, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales function for commercial vehicle brands. You will drive revenue growth, expand market coverage, coach a high-performing team, and strengthen relationships with fleet customers and key accounts in a fast-paced Dubai market.

You will guide territory planning, monitor trends, and ensure profitable operations while achieving ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial vehicle sales within a dealership environment.
• Proven track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets across multiple commercial vehicle brands.
• Drive market share growth through effective sales strategies and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Consultants to achieve objectives.
• Allocate and manage sales territories for optimal coverage.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain healthy sales pipelines and oversee all sales operations.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and retain top sales talent.
• Enhance product and technical knowledge across the sales force via training.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and key accounts.
• Ensure collection targets are achieved and overdue accounts are managed.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports.
