Job summary

Khansaheb Group in Dubai is seeking an experienced Jewellery Sales Specialist to welcome customers, showcase collections, and drive sales.

With a minimum of 5 years in luxury fashion or jewellery, you will advise on styling, maintain displays, and coordinate with designers and management. This on-site, full-time role also involves inventory checks, reports, and potential exhibition travel to represent the brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in jewellery, luxury, or fashion retail.
• Strong knowledge of fashion jewelry trends and product lines.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with product selection and styling.

Job Description / Role:

Incumbent will involve in helping customers showcasing the right jewelry, answering queries, processing transactions, and maintaining the store's appearance by stocking shelves and arranging displays, aiming to provide excellent service and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection, styling options, in general showing knowledge on the products & styles.
• Handle customer inquiries, offer any special requests for jewelry.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of fashion products, including product type, styles and trends to be able to recommend and assist clients warmly.
• Assist customers inquiry, based on occasions or what the customers are looking for specifically.
• Gather customer feedback and requests then refer insights to management.
• Assist in visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment.
• Participate in inventory counts and help manage stock levels of products.
• Prepare Daily and Monthly Sales Report, Inventory Report, Customer Enquiry, Designer Enquiry, etc.
• Liaise with Designers for Sales, Delivery, Return, etc.
• If any business requirement to travel for exhibitions / home visits.
• Social Media posting if any with assistance of Line Manager
• Task as assigned by the Management

Experience Required: Min 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industry.
