Role Description

• Daily responsibilities include managing online inquiries, guiding customers through product selections, and processing orders across digital channels.
• The role involves maintaining product listings, coordinating with the marketing team on promotions, and monitoring stock availability for online platforms.
• The Online Sales Executive will also handle customer follow-ups, resolve issues, and provide timely support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
