Job summary

Dutco Tennant LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Sales Engineer for the Electrical segment to develop and generate project business. You will work with EPC contractors, consultants and end users to offer electrical solutions and drive growth in the territory.

The role requires a bachelor’s in electrical engineering and 5+ years in electrical solutions, including cables, earthing and lighting, with UAE driving license. Fluency in Arabic is a plus for client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical solutions including cables, earthing and lighting.
• UAE valid driving license; fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and generate business opportunities for electrical solutions across sectors.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets; contribute to growth strategy.
• Engage with clients (contractors, consultants, facility owners) to understand needs and project requirements.
• Conduct site assessments and technical evaluations to offer effective solutions.
• Prepare and deliver detailed commercial and technical proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Obtain necessary approvals from authorities.
• Provide pre-sales technical and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Establish new projects and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare and implement a written business plan and annual sales budget for the territory.
