Job summary

Dutco Tennant LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer in Operational Technology (OT) and IoT cybersecurity for the UAE. The role targets driving new business, engaging with CxO and technical leaders, and selling OT/ICS security solutions, consulting, and managed services across critical infrastructure sectors.

Ideal candidates hold 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years in cybersecurity, plus a strong network in energy, utilities, oil & gas, manufacturing, and transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, IT or related field.
• 10+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 5+ years in Cybersecurity sales.
• Strong exposure to OT/ICS/IoT/XIoT Security solutions and critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in OT & IoT cybersecurity across Energy, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Transport and Smart Cities.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Position OT/IoT Security portfolio including consulting, implementation, and managed services to clients.
