Job summary

Thales Aviation Global Services (AGS) is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead the MEA region's complex, high-value captures, often exceeding €50M, from early positioning to contract close. You will engage C-level stakeholders and coordinate bid teams across time zones to deliver compelling value propositions and successful deals.

Role requires fluent English and Arabic, with French a plus, and a strong track record in aviation sales.

Qualifications

Engineering or Business degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
10+ years of professional experience in sales/commercial roles, aviation sector experience (Avionics/IFE).
Proven track record leading and closing major captures across the region.

Responsibilities

Leads capture strategy and execution on complex, high-value opportunities (>€50M).
Engages and builds trust with customer stakeholders up to C-level.
Develops and articulates a clear win-win value proposition.
Leads negotiations and drives captures to closure.
Organizes and leads bid teams across central functions and time zones.
Aligns with IFE Business Line and Thales international organization.
Works with Area Directors and General Manager on capture strategy.
Identifies opportunities in digital services alongside core offerings.
Maintains pipeline, forecast and CRM discipline.
