Job summary

Underground/utility-focused foremen are not considered.
Qualifications
- 4+ years experience as Road Foreman or Site Supervisor.
- Hands-on UAE road construction experience is mandatory.
- Specialization in above-surface road execution (paving, grading, asphalt laying).
- Ability to manage a site crew and coordinate on-site activities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee paving, grading and asphalt laying operations on site.
- Direct and coordinate site crew and subcontractors.
- Ensure safety, quality and schedule adherence on road projects.
