Royal International Construction is seeking a Civil Foreman to supervise on-site civil works, coordinate a workforce, and ensure safety and quality across projects in the UAE. You will liaise with engineers and subcontractors to resolve on-site challenges and keep projects on schedule.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, a PE is preferred, and 6–8 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, residential, or commercial construction. Leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (required); Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 6–8 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction projects (infrastructure, residential, or commercial).
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Site Supervision & Workforce Management: supervise and coordinate daily site activities for civil works and monitor performance.
• Project Execution & Monitoring: ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards and report delays.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce safety regulations and PPE use on-site.
• Coordination & Reporting: liaise with engineers, managers, and subcontractors and maintain records.
• Quality Assurance: inspect work for quality and address defects promptly.
