Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks an experienced Foreman to supervise civil construction, maintenance, renovation and fit-out projects across the UAE. You will manage labour, materials and site activities, ensuring progress, quality and adherence to plans and schedules.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate with engineers, clients and teams across sites. UAE driving license is preferred and the position offers full-time employment with UAE-based benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years UAE experience as a Foreman in civil construction, maintenance, fit-out or related works.
• Strong practical and technical knowledge of construction methods and site activities.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, specs and work instructions.
• Good manpower planning and productivity management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work follows drawings, specs, SOPs and schedules.
• Plan daily activities and ensure correct work sequence.
• Maintain site organization, productivity and progress.
• Lead and manage skilled workers, helpers, subcontractors and labour teams.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Project Managers and QA/QC for inspections.
