Qualifications

• Strong design engineering skills with road/highway project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; chartered status is an advantage.
• Familiarity with regional/international road design standards and codes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of road and highway projects and geometry.
• Supervise junior engineers, review CAD drawings and design reports.
• Coordinate with drainage, utilities and structures teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Engage with clients and authorities; support tenders and technical proposals.
• Ensure quality, safety and cost-effectiveness of all deliverables.
