Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rigger in construction or logistics.
• Valid Rigger L3 certification from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA and ANSI regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate rigging and lifting operations.
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments for safe execution.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment and storage.
• Coordinate with project managers on requirements and timelines.
• Supervise and train junior riggers.
