Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience as a Rigger Assistant, Rigger Helper or in a similar lifting support role.
• Basic knowledge of rigging equipment, slinging support and lifting safety practices.
• Comfortable working at heights and supporting MEWP-related activities when required.
• Physically fit for site-based work and outdoor construction conditions.

Responsibilities

• Support riggers with daily rigging, slinging and lifting preparation activities.
• Help select suitable rigging equipment based on load requirements.
• Inspect rigging equipment before use and report any faults.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in rigging stores.
• Assist with monthly color coding of lifting equipment.
