Job summary

Al Sahraa Recruitment Services invites applications for a Rigger L3 position in the United Arab Emirates. You will plan and coordinate rigging and lifting operations, oversee site surveys and risk assessments, and ensure safe and efficient execution on diverse projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Rigger in construction or logistics.
• Valid Rigger L3 certification from a recognized institution.
• Knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with OSHA and ANSI regulations and standards.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal; Arabic a plus.

Position: Rigger L3

Salary : 2450 AED

Rotation : 90/30

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate rigging and lifting operations for various projects
• Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to ensure safe and efficient execution of operations
• Select and inspect rigging equipment and ensure proper maintenance and storage
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to determine project requirements and timelines
• Supervise and train junior riggers to ensure safe and efficient work practices
• Operate rigging equipment and perform rigging tasks as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Maintain accurate records of rigging and lifting operations and equipment usage
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during operations
• Continuously seek ways to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and safety

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Rigger in the construction or logistics industry
• Valid Rigger L3 certification from a recognized institution
• Knowledge of rigging equipment, techniques, and safety procedures
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, such as OSHA and ANSI
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
