Accor in Dubai is seeking an experienced Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Centre of Revenue Intelligence across MEA APAC. You will drive revenue performance for a portfolio of hotels, partnering with General Managers, Regional Directors of Revenue Management and Executive Leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in Revenue Management.
• Extensive expertise in revenue management, pricing, forecasting, distribution and strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute portfolio-wide revenue management strategies with Commercial departments.
• Lead, coach and mentor Portfolio Managers and the Portfolio Specialist.
• Provide strategic revenue management leadership while managing a small hotel portfolio.
• Drive adoption of best practices, tools and processes across the portfolio.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex commercial matters and performance challenges.
• Oversee distribution activities and collaboration with OTA partners and providers.
• Analyse performance, identify risks/opportunities, and advise regional leadership.
• Prepare and present executive reporting on portfolio performance and initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with General Managers and Owners to influence outcomes.
• Champion a high performance culture to improve RevPAR and market share.
