Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East invites a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a high-performing Centre of Revenue Intelligence team. You will drive revenue performance across MEA APAC hotels, partnering with General Managers and executive leadership to deliver sustainable growth.

You will oversee RM strategies, mentor a small portfolio, and optimize distribution with OTA partners, ensuring alignment with regional priorities and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Commerce or related discipline.
• 5+ years in Revenue Management with leadership experience.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting and distribution strategy.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders beyond RM responsibilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English; second languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute portfolio-wide revenue management strategies with Commercial departments.
• Lead, coach and mentor Portfolio Managers and Portfolio Specialist.
• Provide strategic RM leadership while managing a small hotel portfolio.
• Drive adoption of RM best practices, tools and processes across the portfolio.
• Oversee distribution activities and collaborate with OTA partners and tech providers.
• Prepare executive level reporting on portfolio performance and insights.
• Build relationships with General Managers and regional leadership to influence outcomes.
• Champion a high-performance culture delivering improvements in RevPAR and market share.
