Job summary

Teciem designs, builds, and delivers treasury and capital markets software solutions for financial institutions worldwide. You will lead revenue operations with ownership of the deal desk, pipeline analytics, and commissions, driving accurate forecasting and clean data across the CRM stack.

As a hands-on leader, you will collaborate with Customer Success and other teams to surface insights, forecast renewals, and ensure seamless post‑sale processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in deal desk operations and pricing approvals.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build forecasts.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tech stacks.

Responsibilities

• Deal desk end-to-end: pricing, discounts, quote and contract review, and approvals workflow.
• Pipeline management and analytics: forecasting, pipeline coverage analysis, stage conversions, and reporting.
• Commissions plan design and calculations; disputes handling, aligning with finance.
• CRM and sales tooling ownership to keep data clean and integrated and reduce friction.
• Cross-functional revenue operations with Customer Success to turn activity into insights.
