What You'll Do

• Lead the store team to achieve sales targets, KPIs, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Oversee store operations including opening, closing, merchandising, and compliance procedures.
• Conduct regular financial and stock audits to control shrinkage and ensure accuracy.
• Manage employee records including attendance, leave, and performance tracking.
• Drive customer engagement by resolving issues promptly and maintaining strong mall relations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and sales dashboards to meet financial objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings, communicate goals, and provide coaching for performance improvement.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to build a strong sales pipeline and future leaders.
• Implement security measures to safeguard inventory, staff, and customers.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
• Liaise with back‑office teams to coordinate store‑related activities and reporting.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and product knowledge updates for staff.
