Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant building engineering and construction experience.
• Experience supervising large-scale building projects in the Middle East or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and day-to-day supervision of building construction on site.
• Ensure contractor execution complies with drawings, specs, and contract documents.
• Conduct frequent site inspections and maintain progress and quality records.
• Identify and resolve potential construction issues early to protect scope, time, and cost.
• Lead consultant site teams and maintain clear reporting lines.
• Monitor contractor performance against schedules and budgets.
• Prepare technical reports and progress information for management and client.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and standards.
