Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 20 years of relevant building engineering and construction experience.
Experience supervising large-scale building projects in the Middle East or similar environments.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, safety, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

Provide technical direction and day-to-day supervision of building construction on site.
Ensure contractor execution complies with drawings, specs, and contract documents.
Conduct frequent site inspections and maintain progress and quality records.
Identify and resolve potential construction issues early to protect scope, time, and cost.
Lead consultant site teams and maintain clear reporting lines.
Monitor contractor performance against schedules and budgets.
Prepare technical reports and progress information for management and client.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and standards.
