The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field and have at least 15 years of experience, including 5 in a senior leadership role. A competitive salary of 35,000-45,000 AED monthly is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years post graduate experience with at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Membership in a recognized professional engineering institution preferred.
• Extensive experience in site supervision and construction management.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site supervision team to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise quality assurance inspectors and sub consultants to maintain construction standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and contractors for site operations.
• Manage daily project documentation, site observations, and reporting procedures.
• Review inspector and sub consultant daily reports for accuracy and completeness.
