Job summary

AECOM is seeking a senior Construction Superintendent to lead on-site supervision across multiple infrastructure packages in Al Ain, UAE. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with drawings, specs, ITPs, and authority standards, and drive progress against the approved programme.

You will engage with clients, PMC, contractors and utilities, address RFIs and constructability issues, and deliver safe, quality infrastructure on time and within budget through strong

Qualifications

• 15+ years post-undergraduate experience
• 5 years in a senior technical position
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Structural engineering; PMP preferable

Responsibilities

• Lead construction supervision across infrastructure work packages and disciplines
• Oversee construction of roads, earthworks, utilities and associated works
• Ensure compliance with IFC/shop drawings, specs, method statements, ITPs and authority standards
• Coordinate multidisciplinary supervision teams and liaise with Client, PMC, Contractors and authorities
• Monitor progress against programme and implement mitigation and recovery actions
• Support QA/QC and HSE requirements and closure of NCRs and observations
