Zusammenfassung

Dubai Islamic Bank is seeking an experienced Private Banking Relationship Manager to drive deposits growth and manage HNWI portfolios. You will sell Islamic investment products, cross-sell other DIB services, and deliver a seamless one-stop banking experience to Aayan Banking customers.

You will maintain strong client relationships, ensure adherence to processes, and regularly update CRM with customer interactions and call activity.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma or University Degree; Masters or Certification from an accredited University/Institute is preferred.
• At least 3-4 years' experience of dealing with HNWI and managing a portfolio.

Aufgaben

• Deliver the budgeted volumes for deposits and sale of Investment Products.
• Increase the Private Banking portfolio by increasing deposits of existing customers and targeting HNWI not Banking with us.
• Sell Islamic Investment Products offered by Aayan Unit/other BUs and cross-sell Dubai Islamic Bank products.
• Provide One Stop Banking Service to Aayan Banking customers with timely execution of requests.
• Ensure adherence to Bank processes & policies and report deviations to supervisor.
• Maintain relationships to prevent loss of Aayan Banking customers due to service issues.
• Keep regular contact with sensitive Aayan Banking customers via calls or visits and update CRM reports.
• All the above responsibilities include any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the budgeted volumes for deposits and sale of Investment Products.
• Increase the Private Banking portfolio by increasing deposits of existing customers and targeting of HNWI not Banking with us;
• Sell the various Islamic Investment Products that are offered by Aayan Unit/other Business Units,cross-sell other Dubai Islamic Bank Products and Services to Aayan Banking customers;
• Provide "One Stop" Banking Service to the customers of Aayan Banking ensuring timely and efficient execution of customers' requests;
• Ensure adherence to Bank processes & policies and report deviation to immediate supervisor/manager;
• To ensure that there is no loss of customers from Aayan Banking due to unsatisfactory service on our part;
• To maintain regular contacts with sensitive Aayan Banking customers either through telephone calls or Personal visits and update the daily call report in CRM.
• All the above responsibilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager

Education

Minimum- Diploma or University Degree; Masters or Certification from an accredited University/Institute is preferred.
