Caliberly® - Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager – Wealth Management in Dubai to develop and manage relationships with HNW and UHNW clients. The role focuses on client acquisition, portfolio growth, investment solutions, and building long-term client partnerships.

You will work with affluent individuals, family offices, and investors, coordinating with investment and advisory teams to deliver tailored wealth management services and drive AUM growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 4–8 years of wealth management or related experience.
• Proven ability to manage HNW/UHNW clients.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new HNW/UHNW clients and grow the existing client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Understand clients’ financial goals, risk profiles, and investment requirements.
• Provide appropriate wealth management and investment solutions based on client needs.
• Drive AUM growth, revenue generation, and client retention.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across investment and financial products.
• Develop new business through personal networks, referrals, events, and market outreach.
• Coordinate with investment, advisory, and operations teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
• Monitor market and investment trends and keep clients informed of relevant opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager – Wealth Management to develop and manage relationships with High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients. The role will focus on client acquisition, portfolio growth, investment solutions, and building long-term relationships with affluent individuals, family offices, and investors.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard new HNW/UHNW clients and grow the existing client portfolio.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, Investment Advisory, or Financial Services.
• Proven experience managing and acquiring HNW/UHNW clients.
• Strong existing client network and business development capability.
• Experience in managing AUM / investment portfolios and generating revenue.
• Strong understanding of investment products such as equities, bonds, funds, structured products, or alternative investments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• UAE/GCC wealth management experience would be an advantage.
