Job summary

Century Financial in Dubai seeks a Relationship Manager with strong knowledge of capital markets to onboard new clients and grow the premium client base. You will regularly contact allocated clients by phone or in person, assess risk and suitability, and collaborate with teams to ensure superior service.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial sales, deep markets understanding, and will pursue CISI/SCA certifications after joining.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in financial/banking/insurance sectors.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of financial markets.
• CISI and SCA certification desirable but not mandatory; required after joining.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage allocated clients via telephone or in-person to demonstrate the value of the Premium service.
• Grow the client base through referrals and networking.
• Conduct risk and suitability assessments to align products with client risk profiles.
• Represent Century Financial at events and meetings, including evenings and weekends.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to ensure high standard of service.
• Drive business acquisition through channel partnerships and targeted sales plans.
